Judy,
I found this link in case you haven't seen it. Someone else is researching
the same family, they don't have Lova's death date but they have a lot of
census information.

Searching for information on the family and ancestry of Ephraim T (Tyler) Lewis.
He married (1) Hannah Davison on 8 Oct 1818 probably in Erie County, Pennsylvania.

In the family bible of Ephraim T. Lewis and Hannah Davison of Linn County, Iowa is a listing of a death of an Elizabeth Phillips. The entry reads as follows:
"ELIZABETH PHILLIPS departed this life April the 3d A. D. 1839 about 2 oclock in the morning"
I am in hopes that someone from the Phillips family can identify this Elizabeth Phillips. I am wondering if there is a relation between either the Lewis or Davison family. Why would she be listed in the bible if not related?
Would love to hear from an

You can read about it at the following web address.

Mary, who had a daughter named Ella R. Smith, age 23. They lived in Lisbon town,
Franklin Twp. Linn Co. IA. George A. & Mary had been married 4 years.
