Does anyone know what the Hermit Club in Des Moines was about? In a biography of Frederick O. Bohen, who was the president and general manager of Meredith Publishing Company of Des Moines, it says he was a member of "the Des Moines Club, the Wakonda Club and Hermit Club." He was born in 1895 and this book with his biography was published in 1931. Thanks for any information. Karen
