This was an organization of German American immigrants living in and around Scott County who had fought for Schleswig-Holstein independence from Denmark from 1848 to about 1850. Since they lost, many came to America. These records are in the collection of the Davenport Schuetzenpark Gilde, having been donated by Dr. Joachim Reppmann of Flensburg, Germany.

Good morning,
Apparently this particular Hahn family isn't related directly to the ones in Davenport. Charles W. Hahyn (born Apr 1881 in Clinton, Iowa) is the son of Mantus Milton Hahn, born Sep 1854 in Moore, Northampton County, PA. His father was Simon Hahn b. 1822 of Northampton County, PA. Evidentially, they are descendants of Simon Hahn who emigrated to PA in 1776 from Bohemia.
All of their descendants would be in Missouri. :-( Sorry I can't be of more help, but it did help to sort out a few Hahn

Hi Bill, A volunteer's efforts are only as good as the data they are given
to work with. You provide no time frame, no ages or nativities for the
individuals named. (1909 is not a time frame. What is it? His birth,
marriage, death date?) What is the Scott county connection? Dick
