2. Locating Obituary for Gay McLeod [0.99183]

Would someone please be able to direct me to the best source for obtaining obituary/death notice for Gay McLeod b 3-17-1895 to 3-11-1988. I believe he was living New Meadows, Adams Co. Idaho. Unsure how Idaho deals with gen. researchers, I've had some libraries furnish, some courthouses have given me information in the past, each state seems to have different guidelines for researchers.
