As far as I can tell, we're working on different families. Seems odd - but I can't find a connection between your line and mine.
Homer Harris did have a son named Virgil T. Harris born in 1893. In 1958, Virgil was living in California. Homer had a daughter Nellie Victor

I wonder if there was a chance that Homer was an relative of my Great Grandfather. It might make sense that the two brothers might have named a child Virgil. I will check this out with the family and see if I can get any information. Thanks. Tony

I would be interested in your request. My grandfather was Virgil M. Harris, he was born in 1894 and was the son of Thomas Alexander Harris and Edith Ann Miller. Virgil was born in Oklahoma.
