I have checked out a lot of cemeteries in Douglas Co. and don't remember this one, that isn't to say it isn't there just not one I was in. What I did to find the people who maintained a cemetery in Vermilion Co. was call a funeral home in the closest town. They gave me the information I needed and I was able to find my grandparents graves. You might also try checking with the County as cemeteries don't pay taxes (at least they don't here in MI). I know where Lewis Cemetery is. I live in Ohio now but was raised on the Douglas/Champaign County Line Road as that is just one mile over. My dad is the township Sexton and caretaker for the cemeteries. I believe Lewis is in his township. If you give me the information that you need I'll try and get it for you.
