I have two old photos of a RUTH TROTTER, one with her husband ROY WILKERSON. I have information that says Ruth is the daughter of GEORGE WASHINGTON TROTTER and EMMA BELLE HARRIS. Ruth is maybe 20-25 in the pictures and they are taken by a car that my husband says is either a 1935 or 1936 Chevrolet. Anyone know who this is? in the census, he was b. ca 1858 or 1859.

I am looking for info on a Joseph Moore from SHAWNEETOWN area early 1880's
I found an article from Gallatin Co that tells about a JOHN S. MOORE who was
b. 1838 Clermont Ohio and lived in South Shawneetown. He was son of James and
Elizabeth(Smith) MOORE from Ohio. John S.Moore's father, James was son of a
JOSEPH MOORE. My wife's GG grandfather, John Henry MOORE b. 1863 death
certificate lists his father as Joe MOORE but no mother listed. Does anyone out there
have any info that might help me on this .

Is anyone on this list researching Francis E. GARRETT who died in March
1841?
Francis was married to Eleanor BLAIR, daughter of Peter BLAIR and Sarah
BOYD, Oct 16, 1804 in Sumner Co TN and eventually moved to Gallatin Co.
Francis bought a piece of property: NW Section 22, Twp. 7S Range 8E,
Meridian 3 in Gallatin CO Feb. 24, 1818. I am trying to follow out the
history of this property from the time Francis GARRETT bought it until it
ended up in the DUGGER family later in the 1830's.
