Cabin believed the scene of heinous crimes

ELIZABETHTOWN - The Saline Creek Pioneer Village and Museum will soon
have a new building believed to have been a lookout cabin used by Ohio river
pirates in the early seventeenth century.
The cabin, known by some locals as the "Mystery Cabin" is in
Elizabethtown on a bluff above the river. Some believe it is the oldest
cabin in Elizabethtown. Visitors have a 20 mile view of the Ohio, with

I would think that the City Hall would have that information. If not the
county should hold some record of it in that they would have processed all
criminal cases not conducted by municipal court. One of the two or both
should have the information if you have a good time period.

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has or knows where I can find information on
the men who have served as Marshal of Cave-In-Rock? My great grandfather
Lewis Adam Sliger was Marshal at one time I do not know the exact dates and
would like to find out if at all possible, his house sat about where the
restaraunt sits for Cave-In-Rock State Park, he drowned in the Ohio River 30
November 1922. Any help would be appreciated.
