No, afraid not. My grandparents and four uncles and an aunt came from Germany. My father, being the second to youngest of 12, was born in Ogle Co. and I was born in Winnebago Co. Needless to say my family is still in Germany and a few distant cousins in IA other than those cousins of mine that are still in the Rockford area. Not sure if he died or even if he died in IL. He may have died in Pottawattamie Co., IA.
