Not to change the subject but your Kilgore name jumped out at me.
I'm not related to the Kilgore's but Joe Kilgore ran the Inyokern Airport in
California (Kern County) in the 1960's and was one of my flight instructors,
he was quit A guy, he and my X husband smoked a whole pack of camel's while
I was on my solo flight. I always wondered where he went to, he moved around
the end of the 1960's to early 1970's, Could he have been related to your
Kilgore's? I didn't leave there until 2002 when we re

No, afraid not. My grandparents and four uncles and an aunt came from
Germany. My father, being the second to youngest of 12, was born in Ogle
Co. and I was born in Winnebago Co. Needless to say my family is still in
Germany and a few distant cousins in IA other than those cousins of mine
that are still in the Rockford area.
