1. [ILKNOX-L] Bruner Cemetery [1]
Would like to find out if there is a listing of who all is buried in the Bruner Cemetery, which I believe is in Wataga. If so, can someone point me in the direction of where I might be able to read the information. I have an Adam and Elizabeth Rice Bruner that are supposed to be buried there. It's questionable as to whether or not they have marked graves, as they were married in 1785. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Sherry

My husband and I are discussing a trip back to Iowa and Illinois, maybe next summer. By then I hope to have enough information that I can plot out a worthwhile trip, to see eve

I am a member of the Knox County Genealogical Society and just received my newsletters for the year. There is an article in Vol 25 No. #3 that reads: ============================================== Durward Alleman and Ruth Ragsdale discovered the following articles on the microfilm of old newspapers during their researching at the Galesburg Public Library. They remind us that individuals have tried to preserve memories and history in earlier days. We can but do the same in our own time. "Monument W
