2. Re: Dead Man's Hollow [1]

I found an odd note that Elizabeth (Coffelt) BLESSING died in DEAD MAN'S HOLLOW, Benton Co, IN. Is there - or was there - such a place as Dead Man's Hollow? Where would it be on a map of today? I know her death happened after the 14th Aug 1850 U.S. Census (she's there, Pulaski Co, Monroe Twp) but before 30 Dec 1855, when her husband Reuben married Mary Ann (Lunger) Birch, the widow of Ethan H. Birch. I have a copy of the BLESSING & COFFELT burials from the Index to Benton Co Cemetery Records,
