Bonnie,
I may have a connection. Harland Sanders (Founder of "Kentucky Fried Chicken") married Josephine King. He was born in Henryville, IN about 1890. She might be a sister.

I am hoping to find someone that can assist me in documenting the full death
dates of the following folks. I am doing an historical and photographic
documentation of the Old Bethel Cemetery, located in Hanover, Jefferson Co., IN.
I believe they died in Clark Co., IN. There are no obits or death records
here in Jefferson Co.
The folks are all on one marker.
They may or may not be buried there, although I believe they are.
Here is what I have:
Thomas P. Bronner . 1863-1936
Clara D. Royce
Karen--I don't find either of these three people in the census of 1930 in
Clark County, Indiana.. Do you have any other info on them? I could not
find among the Deaths, Births etc., on Ancestry.com. Sorry,
David James

On Walter's death certificate, his parents' names were Henry KING and Nancy PERKINS. On subsequent census records, a William H. and Nancy lived next door to Walter.
On the 1880 census, just prior to Walter's birth, there is a William H. KING, age 36,
