Was William Austin born in Frankfort , Indiana do you think? Were you born in California or in Indiana? My father was born in 1928 in Frankfort Indiana. When I saw the name "McKOWEN" I thought there was a biography on that name. So, I now assume that is just a tag on someone's email. That is one of the lines I am working in Clinton. Father William Austin Born in Indiana 1927 or 1928. I can get no info from Vital Records because I do not have Birth date Parents names or anything else. This was all that was on my Birth Certificate. Here is all the info I have. My name is Rev. Rev, I found several Austin's living in the Clinton County area in 1990. I don't know if they might be related to your Austin or not. My aunt does not remember any of them personally but remembers there were Austin's in Clinton County. Thought they might be farmers. Are you interested in their names?
