that would be of interest to Indiana researchers: surnames and/or information about
ancestors who lived in Indiana; online databases; histories, etc. To subscribe, go

I recently received my first copy of "Diggings" since joining the DeKalb
Genealogical Society. Can someone tell me how to interpret the multi-page
Index? There is no explanation, just a long list of names with a number after
each.
Thanks,

This list sure has been quiet so I thought I'd do something to wake you up. I
have *some* DeKalb Co deaths on my site, as well as a page on Lumm births and
deaths and links to a LUMM web connection. Still looking for Lumm, Moore,
DeVore, Basse, Massey, Leowes connections all from DeKalb Co.
Tons more Indiana and other categorized links. Feel free to surf my site and
let me know of any other links that would be good.

I have quite a few families in DeKalb that I have been after. This is
my first time using this mailing, so I'd like to list my surnames JUST
IN CASE!
I have McNabb, Everetts, McClellan, Robinett, Thompson & Hart.
My first question is if anyone has information as to where the Wabash
Hotel in Butler was located and if it is still standing. I am planning
a trip to Fort Wayne with a pit stop in Butler for this weekend.
Thanks,
