Good Morning! I would be willing to pay a small fee to someone
who could provide me with a group shot of 10th Regiment, Indiana
Infantry, especially Co. B. but any group shot would suffice.

Saylor. They lived in Brooklyn N.Y. in 1873-74 when my grandfather was born

I looked at my on-line FTM 1850 census images for Vermillion Co. and I'm not
sure either. The spot on the page there "N ??? " appears has been
scratched. Or maybe the census taker wasn't sure how to spell his name and
tried to erase his first efforts or wrote over it.
Hi List,
I have just received the most wonderful book from my mother. It is the GOLD STAR HONOR ROLL of Indiana 1914-1918. It lists all the war dead from In. with a picture and short bio. My G Uncle is listed with a picture. Its the only known picture of him we have.
If any of you have lost a family member in WW1 from In. I would be happy to check and see if he is in the book. There are 721 pages so it is a large book.

That would be great. My Great Grandfather was married to a Julia (Griffin)
Crothers in 1876. They had a son Deverter who was born 1878. Sometime
between his birth and the 1900 census he died. On the 1900 census Julia is
listed as a widow.
I have been to Parke County but never during the week when I can do research.
Am planning on being there the middle of next month for a couple of days. I
believe that he is buried in the Miller cemetery in Lodi but cannot confirm
that. All the other
