The following message which mentions the name Rixse near the end of the
included message prompted me to post this. My husband's ancestor Ernst
Aufderhaar/Aufderhar had a daughter Paulina who married a William H. Rixse
5 Feb 1891 in Dubois County. Perhaps Albert's son? Paulina's family were
members of the Holland Lutheran church whose name is escaping me at the
moment: St. Paul's? That 1891 date is the last I know of Paulina. I
would love to find her descendents since I have some great pictures from

I am searching for connections to Martin Rees (1869-1936) who married Helen
Buchler (sp?). Martin's father was Michael Rees who married Saberina Lampert
(sp?) I am looking for any information on this segment. I do have info on
Martin's children (mostly on Louis Rees). Will share anything that I can on
this. Thanks!

They married 1850 in the US.
I have reason to believe that her father was John HEMMER, but have
absolutely no proof to that.
I am interested in communicating with anyone who has information on this

In the late 1830's a Allen Pearson owned land in Dubois
County. Which he sold and moved on to Gibson County. I have
been trying to find out his wife Sarah's maiden name. At
first we thought first was Case. now after looking at the
original marriage information it may have been Cope or Cofe.
They were married in Jan 11, 1827 in Orange County. Is there
some one who is working on the Cope or Cofe line in Orange.
Dubois or Gibson county IN. Who can solve this mystery for

Hi-
I am looking for any BERKHEISERS and their relatives. Several Berkheisers moved to Indiana from Pennsylvania in the early 1800s. Other possible names in the early family are Johannes and Elizabeth Beyer and Johannes and Susanna Miller. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
