Hello Listers, Does anybody have family stories or evidence where any of the Dubois families went to Minnesota? In particular, Wabasha Co., MN? I found, FINALLY, the marriage location of my gggrandfather. Michael Demuth married Elisabeth Schaffer in June 1867 in Wabasha Co., MN. Between me and a Schaffer researcher (Cheryl Frey) we found it. Cheryl has an autobiography from a Schaffer family member that told of Michael and Elis. journey, along with 2 of Elisabeth's brothers. They headed to MN to run a
