i have an 8x10 photo of a group of young men that had just enlisted in the
army, my father is in it as well as (only last names given): Hartwell,
Mallory, Cosgrove, Turner, Hunt and Offut. my husband knew Sinclair Offut
and said this is not him so perhaps his brother? The Hartlwell is Loren
Hartwell, my dad was good friends with him. i have scanned this photo and
have it ready to send if anyone is researching these names and would like a
copy via attachment.

Any good responses from your roll call? I have discovered that as
descendents of this DERRY line kept moving further out west from Indiana, the
spelling did change for certain branches to DAIRY, DEARY, DARRY, and DARY.
It has been fascinating.
