I'm researching the family of Francis Craft. He married Polly Hougham on
2-14-1822 in Fayette Co. The family moved to Hancock Co from Rush county
sometime around 1830/31. They moved on to Parke Co. in about 1847. I have
listings of kids, and possible dates of birth. Thomas Craft married Mary
Dubar on 4-10-1845 and Johnathan Craft married Mary Williams on 8-12-1845.
If anyone has any information on this family, I would be grateful.

An Attempt at Grave Robbery
On Thursday night last an attempt was made to steal the body of the

Dennis could be seen, which were covered with dirt. It
Hi,
I am searching for information on the MULVIHILL line. Their first stop in the US from Ireland seemed to be Fayette Co. Indiana in the 1850's through 1870. I have pieced together at least 4 maybe 6 brothers in this family: John, Charles, Edward, Thomas and maybe Dennis & Maurice. John, Edward & Charles were naturalized in Rush Co. and lived in Hancock, Rush and Fayette counties. Many of these families moved west between 1860 & 1870 and settled in Terre Haute & central Illinois. Charles & Edward staye

in Buck Crk Twp, Hancock Co IN, along with John PARKER, also from Brown Co
OH. Thomas is then shown on 1840 census of Hancock Co IN and succeeding
censuses until his death, 12 or 19 Dec.1876.
The names of the children of Thomas KENNEDY that I know are: Mary Jane,
Eliza Ann, Sarah A., Nancy Susan, Franklin Newland and James Levi. I

Obituary
The angel of death has visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Meier
and taken from their midst their youngest daughter, Bertha. She was born
August 28, 1894 and died February 14th, 1896, being permitted to stay on
this earth but one year, 5 months and sixteen days. While but a bud,
she has been called away to blossom in heaven. It seems so hard to give
her up, yet we should be comforted for God knows best. After a short
