John D. Baer apparently ran a sawmill at Flora, Carroll Co. This probably was the time after his marriage in 1863. John Baer married Temperance Crume 17 Dec 1863. I know they had at least one child, a son - Oral Baer, born 29 Oct 1897, in Howard Co., Ind. Were there any other children?? and when did Temperance Crume Baer die??
