Looking for information or descendants of Willliam JAMES and Elizabeth "Betsy" JOHNSON of LaPorte Co c. 1850. Their children were Sara Ann, Rutha, George, Cynthia and possibly Isaac. Betsy and children show up in Holt Co Missouri c 1851 where she soon married Eldred CHURCHILL who was listed as their hired hand on the 1850 census in IN. I don't know what happened to William either in Indiana or Missouri. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Merri Allen Vinton
