BEDFORD STAR BEDFORD, INDIANA AUGUST 25, 1877 Henry Kissell, aged sixteen, of Evansville, was struck on the head by a falling limb Saturday, while chopping a tree for fire wood. It was thought only a slight wound until the next evening, when he was suddenly taken sick, and died in a few minutes. His skull had bee fractured.

He had just returned from a tour over the ground at Eckerty, Perry county, Ind., where the man John Davis was hanged on the charge of having outraged Ella Flanagan.
