Information from the county court indicates that Marmaduke went insane (arouind 1846/1847) and eventually was sent to the county Poor Farm, (Parke County, IN) where in all likelyhood he probably died there. His wife and children moved on to Iowa in 1853 and in a 1856 Davis County Census record Jane is listed as a widow.

I looked at the record you are refering to, and then did a search in Ancestry.com. Knowing that Ancestry.com is NOT correct all the time, I would stick with ZUCHLUPPA, as they have spelled it. I did a search on ZUCHLUPPA for other census record finds, and nothing popped up.
