Would that 30 day period be from date of publication or from date of applying? Seems it would be from date of applying rather than the other instance. Melinda, you are in Shelby county, aren't you? I have no connection with this person but it stated that she was born in Shelby County and so I thought I would list the obit and hope it will help someone.
