Andrew's parents were John and Rose Nolan. Andrew died in 1907 and is buried in St. Peter's cemetery in Jersey City, N.J. Michael has already been of great help to me by sending me much needed information from Co. Carlow. It is hard to search in Ireland but if you keep at it you never know when the break will come. I found an obit from a brother of my grandmother that said he was born in Co. Carlow and that started my road to actual records from the Holy Cross Church in Myshall. It only took 30 years!!!!! I am so grateful for the Internet! I am so happy about what I found but now I want to go another generation. John

I think it would be interesting to hear from anyone who has used the services of www.otherdays.com and what the quality of service was. I am sure there are lots of people out there who are willing to pay for a service providing that they know what they are going to get for there money. So if there is anyone who has used this service or any other "Pay to search" service, a). would they recommend it to others? and, b). did they receive value for money? Send us your views to: R
