The Andrew Mulhall whom I have a snippet of info for, left Ireland in 1929.
In 1930 he was living in Manhattan NY with his wife Bridget both were aged 20.
I know that they were from the Irish free State but I do not know which county, may have a bit more info in a few more weeks.

There isn't a location in County Laois (Queens County) named Tallamore.
The reference may be to Tullamore in County Offaly (formerly Kings County).
There are no vital records in Ireland before 1864 and no surviving census records for the 1800s.
There are no emigration records in Ireland.
