Thank you I do have that information on Thomas Wise BROWNING and Emily
GUBBINS, of Carass Court, Croom, Co Limerick. I also have 10 of their
children that are known to me and some of their families. If you have an
interest in this line please let me know.

Hi folks!
Thank you all for your warm wishes. I'd do any lookup for a friendly Irish researcher. ::grin::
But I'm realizing that the repetitive subject lines probably aren't helping anyone. Especially when contacting someone about the info they already requested. I bet dollars to doughnuts, Fran, that Margaret didn't look at your LALLY letter.
How about you all put a surname first, then Williamite lookups?
Like, BLAKENEY - Williamite lookup?
Maybe people will find helpful info faster that way.

Norma,
Your names caught my eye and although, my data does not go to the specific
individuals you are looking for, they are probably related some how through
this marriage:
Emily Gubbins (b. Apr. 1, 1826) married Thomas Browning Dec. 8, 1846 at
Knockainy, Co. Limerick. Emily was the daughter of Joseph Gubbins of
Kilfrush and Maria Wise (b. 1798, dau. of Thomas Wise, Co. Cork).
I don't have anything more than this at this time.

McMAHON, John, farmer, possibly born in Clare, md Penelope O'Carroll (born
Ballybricken, Co Limerick), fathered Bridget and Mary (Rathkeale 1836) and
had died before 1850
I have a MAry Kennelly who married John Buckley, and their children came to
Australia around 1857-1860 . Do you think Mary may have been on of John
Kennellys children.

Rhonda,
In the "Willie-might Confiscation", would you be kind enough to
check the following Westmeath names as a marriage
(PATRICK QUINN & MARY BOLAND),
or as individuals. At this point in time, no actual places names
are known other than the county.

Hi Padraig,
As I think I have mentioned before, I did contact Paddy quite some time ago
but received no reply.
Cheers,

If the Government of Ireland put all of their records on CD , like we have
here in Australia, they would make zillions of dollars . They would make the
money on the CDs and also on the certificates that we would all order . Here
in Australia , we can look up the CD of BDMs and order the records or
transcripts. Sometimes, actually quite often, they are the wrong ones, if
there are lots of records for the same name, but if you persist you
eventually get the correct records . I know there are certain

Hello all
I have Robert Christopher McMahon's birth cert, born 30 Dec 1866 at Strand
Barracks Limerick. Father was Stephen a sergeant in the Co Limerick Militia
address North Strand. Are there records of the militia? If Stephen was in
the militia would he be likely to be from Limerick or could he be from
anywhere?
Any suggestions gratefully received
Regards, lesley

Peter,
Henley 0n Thames is near Windsor(in the original Berkshire-- in England!). My
thoughts were that it was Pallas Grean(where my RYAN/O'DWYERs came from) The
original village is known as Pallas or Old Pallas and there is a newer place
going under the modern version Pallasgreen. On my grandfather's birth
certificate it is shown as Pallas in the district of Grean. The writing is
quite similar to that in Phyllis' request.
However the name she is researching does occur around Pallaskenry......so?
