Michael Mullaney honours for achievements
These are hectic times for Michael Mullaney (18), the young Balla boxer
who is a member of the Claremorris Boxing Club. Michael returned last
night (Monday) from the World Junior Championships in Budapest and while
he was not among the medal winners on the Irish team, he nevertheless
gave a full hearted performance in the ring. Family and friends gathered

Co. Mayo parents. After a long distinguished career in the Philippines
and in the United States, he died. Cardinal Archbishop of Philadelphia

inscriptions in Killedan Cemetery (The old Kiltimagh Cemetery). About
16 survive.
