1. [KARP-L] Karpinski family of from Russia or Poland to PA [1]

I am researching the Karpinski family that settled in the Uniontown (Fayette County) area of PA. Naturalization records indicate Jan (John) Karpinski was from the area of Marclews in Russia and wife Apolonia Rijemenavy was from Preztel. Their marriage document indicates Jan's parents were Thomas and Castousious(sp?). They were married August 21, 1899 and Jan was 29 at that time. Jan died in 1951.
