Hi Chris and Jackie,
Page 172 of a biography of John Worth Kern, by Claude G. Bowers, gives
his children's names as John H. Kern, Jr. and William C. Kern. There is
a picture of Mrs. Kern with the two boys on that page.
There are several letters to his son, Billy, in the biography. One
letter was written from Washington on Aug. 8, 1917 and says, "My Dear
Billy: You are fourteen to-morrow, and here is your check. You are now
a great big boy, almost a young man, and I know you are going to be a

parents, nor siblings, at this time for him, I have found him, his first
wife (my direct line with him) and his second wife after Edna's passing. I
have a picture of him on my website ~
