Am replying to your inquiry of 12 Feb. 1999 re: Elizabeth Kern. I
have an Anna Margareta Kern, (b) 29 Dec 1754 (d) 5 Mar 1835, married
John Jacob Arner. She is buried in Christ Luth Ch Cem.,
Schoenersville, Pa. and appears in christenings from Schlossers Ch.

Kern family? Appreciate any info you might have. I don't have any

Did John Lenhardt Kern have a brother named Conrad Kern who was married
to Mary Magdalene Billings? Conrad Kern was born in Germany probably
around 1636, arrived in Philadephia in 1754, and was in North Carolina by
1762. His children were Adam, Gabriel, Simeon, Elizabeth, Conrad Jr.,
Henry C., and three daughters whose names are not known. Conrad Kern
had a brother named John who was with him in North Carolina in the late
1700's. Can we make a connection?

Hello everyone. Just wanted to let you know I've been up for the past 2
hours (since 12am) updating the homepage. The databases I got up were
for the Kern list (yes, I know it took me forever, and there is very
little info up on the Kern, even now, but better late than never!), but
there is also a new section at the bottom of the main index page for all
of you to read. It is a guideline of how to post messages to the list.
Not only is it for the list, but can be used for queries on message
boards
