I am searching for information concerning William Kern and his family.
William was born about 1808 in Virginia according to the 1860 census.
In the 1860 census, he was married to Elizabeth Mickeal.
Does anyone know if this William Kern was previously married. I have a
death certificate of my 3rd great-grandfather, James Dudley Kern. It shows his
father as William Kern and mother as Sarah Shepardson.
