I'm looking for information on the following:
Robert Thomas Forrester (1843-1888)-I have found he was born in Indiana, his
youth was spent in Ohio until he went to Mercer County, ILL at the age of 14
when his Mother-Pheobe remarried. Robert married Harriet (Hattie) Middleton
in IL. Hattie was the daughter of Thomas and Mary Ann Columber Middleton.
Robert and Hattie went to Sedgwick Kansas. Their children:
Maude -married to George Fauntleroy Smith
Frank -married to Carrie ?, and another lady in Color
Dear List Members:
The Holiday Season is over and I am back home again. I want to
thank each of you for helping to keep our list running smoothly while I
was spending Christmas with three of my children and their
families in Delaware and Maryland. I had a wonderful time but came down
the flu the day after Christmas which turned in to pneumonia so my week
away from you turned into over two weeks. I am doing better, still weak
and coughing but on the road to better heath.

Wonder if anyone is researching the family of James S Wells in Mason county
Kentucky, moving to Kansas, moving back to Kentucky and winding up in
Doniphan county, KS. Later generations scattered to Pottawatomie, Shawnee,
and Wabaunsee counties in Kansas
Associated family names are COLLINS, VANDIVER, FISHER, FEAKER, ALBERT,
MAINES, MCMANUS, STEWART

Mary,
I live close to Salina and can check resources there to see what I can find
for you. I may be able to get ahold of the state census also to see what is
