I found Nathan and Winnie Stamps in 1860 Benton county, AR with 8 children aged 19 (George) to 1 (Martha). Where were they in 1870? Nathan appears to be dead by then.
Paul, I found Fred and family in 1910, 1920 and 1930 as follows. I would
have to have more info to find J.R. Hall. Do you have any idea where he lived
or what is initials stand for?

To the person I sent the Moomey information to:
I would be glad to resend the information on the Moomey family. I forgot
that the information gets jumbled up when sent in the format I sent it to you.
Let me know if you couldn't decipher it.
I found Leonard and family in the 1900 census. Is that the only one you
needed? I also found him in the 1880, 1910 and 1920 censuses. If you need
them, let me know. This is what I found on the 1900 census

For those of you who are just researching ancestors and family back in
Allen County, Kansas, but who have never been there personally, I strongly urge
you to visit there some day. It's quiet and peaceful, although Iola will have
all the creature comforts you could want (including a magnificent library
with a great genealogical section). Humboldt is a place that you might want to
picnic in the city square near the old (1904) bandstand, close your ey

There is a two-volume set of the Iola Register that is available. I
don't recall the exact years it covers, but I seem to recall it's
something like 1850-1940. I quote from them quite a bit in my family
history/U.S. history book (free download, see my sig below).
