Hi, I am looking for any information on Rev. Winter Green, who was a minister of the Baptist Church of Cedar Vale, I believe in the 1920's and 1930's, maybe longer. An article was written about him I believe in a Wichita paper on April 20, 1939, I have the beginning of the article but it was continued on page 2, column 2 which I do not have. Ella, Cedar Vale is in Chautauqua County and if you write to Chautauqua County Historical and Genealogical Society 115 W Main St. Sedan, Ks. 67361 Attn: Cheryl Hurst we might be able to help you. It is possible that the same article appeared in the Cedar Vale paper also. We many of the papers on microfilm and some in book form. Research fee is $10 per hr. and 50 cents for copies.
