My James Dugan was born March 12, 1829 in Kenton Co., Kentucky and he married Mary Jane Loper in 1849 (Mary Jane and James had 7 children) and he married second Fannie Eaton in September of 1870 in Wyoming, Stark, Illinois. . Best I can tell they moved to Atkinson, Ks shortly afterwards and then sometime before 1874 moved to Leavenworth, KS. before the birth of their son Oliver Dugan.
