I have heard from Barbara Kidwell, so I will be discontinuing this list
[KSMONGO Rootsweb List] is favor of her list which started last November,
but word was slow in getting out about it.
I wish to thank those who subscribed to this list, but I recommend that the
subscribers subscribe to the other list. I will be unsubscribing all to
KSMONTGO Rootsweb list in the near future and having it canceled.
If there are any questions, please contact me.

I am Searching the surname, ADAMSON. I am interested in all Adamson

1880-1900. I would like to find other descendants.
My lineage is:

?????? Pennslylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiania to Kansas.
ADAMSON, Thomas (1809-1885,KS) and Minerva WILLIAMS>-
ADAMSON, Edwin Smith (1847,KS-1914, OK) and Nancy Jane KNIGHT>-
ADAMSON, Albert Milton (1880,KS-1925,KS) and Mary Maybelle MCCORM
Looking for marriage of John C. Blair. He was in south east Kansas in
late 1800's.
He lost his first wife in Elk Falls, KS (Elk Co.) in 1887. He was in
the 1900 Census in Caney KS (Montgomery Co.) With him was a new
wife, Mary.
I am trying to find location of where he got married.. Seems that his
terriortory was from Independence to Joplin including a lot of
Oklahoma. Hard to tell where, but I believe in died in Oklahoma in
late 1901.

Hello Montgomery County Researchers,
Just wanted to post the names I am seeking information about in
this area. I found out last Friday that posting your names
everywhere you get a chance really helps increase the possibility
of being found by other family members when one of my dad's
second cousins found one of my posts and sent me an E-mail.
I am pretty lucky that I live here in Montgomery County since
I have so many families I am trying to track down around here.
Here are my people to the best of
Since this is a new list I don't believe I have listed my
names. My maiden name was Bay. researching BAY HALL YEAGER Triplett
Jarvis and other names as I go backwards, Parker, Freeman, Hoover.
The first 5 are the ones I have done most on. My Hall and Yeager
were in Kansas, married in Rose Hill, KS at the Yeager Homestead.
Grandpa Thomas R. Hall was born in Iowa in 1863. Grandma Hannah Ellen
Yeager was born in Indiana. They moved to Oklahoma I.T. in 1891
where Grandpa had the first general store in Stroud,
Disreguard previous message about discontinuation of this list for now.
I will
wait for a few days to see what transpires with reguard to the other
list and this one co-existing. This is in reponse to a request I
received from a subscriber.

I am holding off the elimination of the list until I hear from Barbara
Kidwell. It may be possible for the two lists to co-exist. This is in
reponse to a request I received from a subscriber.

To those who have subscribed to KSMONTGO. I thank you for your
interest, but it appears there was a list already in place that I was
not aware of [see below] so I am canceling this list and having it
discontinued. I recommend the alternate list I mention below since I do
not wish to
overlay it.
I wish the other list well and thank the county coordinator for bringing
it to my attention.
God bless all in their searches.
