Coleen, Place of birth was not recorded in the census index until 1850, therefore in 1800-40 the index does not show the place of birth, or year of birth, just an age within 5-10 year spans. In 1800 there are three listings for a Phil* (*being wildcard for any letter/s) COL*M*N, none in KY; KY was not part of the census index in 1800; 1800 indexing- Philip Coleman Salisbury, Rowan, NC 1800 Philip Coleman Dublin and Air, Bedford, PA 1800 Philip Coleman Northern Liberties (East), Philadelphia, PA 1800 1810
