Hi all: looking for info on James Parrish, born abt 1816 in KY. He was living in Glasgow, KY in the 1880 census. Info (thanks to a kind Glasgow resident) says that he was age 64, a teamster, born in KY; both parents born in VA. His wife (?) is Quintilla, age 35; children are Cora Alice, age 12; William Robert, age 9; and Charles J., age 7. Does anyone know who this James is the son of? Also -- was Quintilla really a wife, as the census lists, or possibly a widowed daughter/daughter-in-law living there

Hi all: I'm searching for parents of William Robert Parrish, born in 1870 in Barren County, KY, near Glasgow. He died at age 49 in 1919 in Oldham County, KY. He had at least one son, named George Lee Parrish. In the 1840, 1850, 1860, and 1870 censuses of Barren County, KY, there is a George Parrish present every year.
