2. [KYBRECKI] DeHAVEN*JOHNSON*MATTHEWS need help! [1]
Hi Dave and List, Below is a copy and paste info from a person who e-mailed me about the DeHAVEN, JOHNSON and MATTHEWS. So with that info below here are my questions for anyone who can help. 1. Is Edmund and Edward the same person? 2. And was the Edmund who married Margaret "Milly" MATTHEWS, fist married to Rebecca JOHNSON? 3. And if this Margaret "Milly" MATTHEWS was a widow when he married her was she then a Mrs. Margaret "Milly" MATTHEWS? My direct line is the MATTHEWS, I'm trying to prove siblings
3. [KYBRECKI] Dean, DeHaven and Behen connections? [1]
I have a Mahala Jane Dean that was married to John Scarborough Newton. There seems to be an awful lot of info on him and his family, but nothing about her. With as many folks talking about the DEAN family, I thought I'd give it a shot. And then, with all the talk about the DeHaven family, another question pops up. Ira DeHaven Behen was married to Grace Mae Plank. These are my great grandparents and their daughter Grace Behen Bandy was my grandmother. I've always wondered where the DeHaven came from i

Candy: I know nothing about the Boyds, but have an elderly cousin who is related to the Sterett to whom Celeste Boyd was married. Have no idea how much, if anything, she knows about the Boyds, but knowing her, she may. What, precisely, do you need? I will ask the next time I talk with her. She is 90, but sharp as a tack; no computer, of course. Ann ----- Original Message ----- From: To: Sent: Thursday, March 27, 2003 11:42 PM Subject: [KYBRECKI]

10. Re: [KYBRECKI] Sterett [1]
Am looking for information concerning John Sterett, born Oct 1779. He states it was in Virginia, his son Baird claims that it was in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. On one document, he is listed as "young John Sterrett" implying that he may be a Jr. I have most of the family data beginning with his marriage to Sarah "Sallie" DeHaven. I do not believe the tie to Alexander and am interested in whether or not anyone can corroborate that information. Thank you, Candace [Sterett] Johnston

My Fathers parents are buried in the Cloverport Cemetery and some time ago I was told that his grandparents were also buried there. There are no stones for his grandparents. I was told that some of the very old stones , which had deteriorated were on the other side of the fence at the top left of the drive when you go up the hill and were no longer there. Is it possible that there might be a very old list of that graveyard that might possibly show the old tombstones names and dates or where would I reque
