Hi all... I know it's been a while since you all have heard from me, but I've taken a MUCH needed rest. And with being a school teacher, things are getting a little hairy as it gets down to the wire for the school year to start. Once it starts, then things will start going online a little more frequently. Earlier I uploaded three tombstone pictures for 4 individuals, as well as linked up a submitted death certificate. Many thanks to Patsy Herrell for sending in pics she took at the Macedonia Baptist Ch

Hello, At our little FHC in Baltimore, we have the book, *Lord Dunmore's Little War of 1774, His Captains and Their Men Who Opened up Kentucky & the West to American Settlement*, by Warren Skidmore with Donna Kaminsky, Heritage Books, Inc. 2002. While looking through it for my families who are known to be in that area of VA, I noticed a LOT of Hardin/Nelson/etc KY names in this book. A few are listed below. But if you would like me to do a lookup for any ancestor that you think might have come through V

Then on a once daily basis we get notification of all submissions to the state, which is a repeat of the individual notifications we immediately get. I got all four DC's that you sent, and am getting ready to load them on the site... so be watching for them. When I do the cemetery uploads (no matter how large the cemetery is), I do it via the submissions form... as well as the other things on the s

Hi Sally... I don't know of a board for the Kasey Cemetery (aka Grandview Cemetery). I've talked with several individuals over the past couple of years and there are a few individuals that go in and clean/maintain sections within the cemetery, but nothing really overall that I know of. The portions that they clean/maintain are where their parents/grandparents/family are grouped together in a particular spot. As of this year, things could have changed and I haven't learned of it (as of yet), but someone h
