1. Reeds in early 1800's [1]
According to best guess David Reed and wife Mary both born in VA [unknown county] had a child also named David in Breckenridge County, KY in 1821. By 1839 they were in Wayne County, IL. There appear to be a total of seven children with David being the oldest. Would anyone have any clues as to how to go from here? What couinties in VA did these KY folks typically come from? Why did they move on to IL? Itchy feet or something else? Any background or resources would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
2. WYLIE [1]
Hi. Thomas WYLIE was born 1810-1815 to an unknown household. Is there anyone who could check the 1820 census for any WYLIE/WILEY etc. household for a 5 to 10 year old male? I would very much appreciate it. It will at least to be a clue. We know Thomas was married in Glendale, Hardin County, Kentucky, in 1840. Breckenridge was formed from Hardin in 1800. Many thanks for any help. Sara sara.d@townsqr.com
