David, I would recommend you contact the archives in Breckinridge Co., KY and ask them if they have any guardianship documentation for Minnie and Jessie who would have been under age at the time of their mother's death in 1886. Could someone please advise how I can obtain death certificates for Joseph and Charity Hoyle and birth certificate for Jessie. Also would anyone on the list have access to later Census information on the family. David, Kentucky did not maintain birth and death certificates until 1911, when they became mandatory and the law began to be enforced.
