2. Re: CCloverport Cemetery [1]
Having been born and raised in Cloverport, I feel it is important that you realize that there are 3 cemeteries in the city limits of Cloverport. The Murray cemetery that Mary inquired about is located near the old Murray Tile plant. The Cemetery that Charles speaks of is the Town cemetery, located just as he described. The caretaker (my sister-in-law, Sue (Knight) White) does live just below the cemetery on the right. There is also a Catholic cemetery located across from the rear entrance to the town cemete
3. Re: [KYBRECKI] Conway/Connaway [1]
I have a "Conoway" married to Mary Louisa McCamish, daughter of Fredrick and Sarah Whitehouse McCamish. However, I don't have any additional information on this person. I would definitely be interested if you find anything and also interested in any other McCamish connection in those counties. Doug McCammish Fredrick and Sarah McCamish were my great-great-grandparents. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Shereen" To: Sent: Wednesday, March 30

7. Conway/Connaway [1]
I am looking for info on the Conway/Connaway family. They were linked to the Gray, McCamish, Hay, Ezell etc families. They were in Henderson, Breckinridge and Hardin counties. Any leads are appreciated. Thank you, Shereen
8. Re: [KYBRECKI] Cloverport cemetery [1]
If you're going to Cloverport, email the Breckinridge Co.Archives ahead of time. Karen Shafer, who works there, should be able to give you some directions or tell you who to contact. Her email address is: breckarc@bbtel.com Tell her you that you'll be there in a couple of weeks so she can get the info to you in time. As the other lady said, All it says in the books is just "Cloverport". But,when you're looking for a small cemetery in a fairly large rural area, you'll need some kind
9. CCloverport Cemetery [1]
The Cemetery is on the main street through town. It used to be Hwy 60 but the highweay was diverted to a bypass. Go through town from the direction of west to East. The cemetery is on the right just before leaving town. If approaching from the East follow the signs to Cloverport off Hwy 60 and you will see the cemetery on the hill to your left just as leaving hwy 60. The entrance will be about a mile on the left much after you will expect it. The cemeterfy must be approached from the West as there is
10. Hardinsburg Cemeteries [1]
You all were so helpful in directing me to the Murray Graveyard in Cloverport. I'll look forward to my visit in a couple of weeks. I hope the weather in Kentucky will be nice. If I have time I'd like to also locate the graves of my Huston ancestors. They don't seem to appear in the Murray Graveyard lists so perhaps they are buried in Hardinsburg. They did live in Hardinsburg and Cloverport. Here are the persons I'll be looking for: Joseph HUSTON (1768-1813) and his wife Margaret ALLEN HUSTON (17

16. RE: [KYBRECKI] Johnson Marriages 1830 to 1840 [1]
David, Thank you so much!!! I just can not seem to trace him back to Virginia. Almost all of his children that I know of, by the 1880 census, state Hugh and his wife Elizabeth are born in Virginia. In the family bible from David Shawler (printed in 1832), it states the parents of Nancy are Hugh and Elizabeth Johnson. I also seem to stop at the 1830 census for him. Thank you again for taking the time!! -----Original Message----- From: David Lee [mailto:davidhilary@cox.net] Sent: Monday, February 28, 2
17. RE: [KYBRECKI] Johnson Marriages 1830 to 1840 [1]
No names, just going off the 1830 census which shows 2 extra females that I never knew about. Of course, many things could have happened to them. There are several Johnson females who marry in Hardin County during that time frame, but none who mention Hugh except Nancy Johnson who marries David Shawler. This Nancy is my ggg grandmother. Is there any other info on Celia that might point to her parents? David, thank you so much for your time!!! -----Original Message----- From: David Lee [mailto:davidhil

I can check the actual on-line census for you. What counties and who are the people? I will then e-mail the written census to you.
