The information I'm able to partially glean from the marker is this:
HOPE
D. W.
Son of
?. ?. and M. J.
Brite
Born
Feb. 26, 18??
Died
Feb. ??, ???4
It's really hard to read this one. If I looked at an overview picture of it, I believe it's the tall brownish marker that is near the drive (going down the center of the cemetery) on the left portion of the cemetery. There's a bush in the picture, and I believe it's the same bush in the overview picture.

Hi all....
Just briefly, the WWI Draft Registration Card project has had some major additions to it. The "N" surname are complete and available online for accessing/viewing, and the first of the two "H" pages is almost completed. Tomorrow night I should be able to get the remainder of the second "M" page uploaded and a good portion of the first "M" page as well.
Happy Hunting!

It only has 5 burials in it, but all are ancestor's of Jeanette, including her grandmother Lillian Stone Davison. This little cemetery is tuck

Hi all....
I've been quiet for a reason this weekend. I've been working on a suggestion given by someone on the mailing list. When it was suggested to link up the cemetery listings with the obits/death notices, at first I was hesitant as it was going to be quite an undertaking. But it's taken two days and I've gotten halfway through the obits that have been submitted to the site, and tacked them on to their listing on the cemetery pages. As a result, there are a lot of updates and additions to the Tomb
Hi all....
Several things uploaded today to the Archives site. The "M" surname cards are numerous, and as such are housed on two separate pages. The second page of the the two pages is completed with about half or better of the first page being online. The "H" surname cards are numerous as well and also are housed on two separate pages. The first of the "H" pages is complete and work has began on the second page.
After the email from James Tinius last night, it dawned on me that it might be beneficial

And yes, I won't forget and suddenly remember at 6:30am tomorrow morning when reading email. There have been more items added tonight, so I'm sure you guys will be kept busy for a while.
Many thanks to Dave Selner for a photo of Marvin "Dick" Robinson's marker at the Scott/Harned/Payne cemetery. He's relayed he has more pics to send from Scott/Harned/Payne, in addition to ones a
Hello out there...
Is anyone related to this James Brown, who was in the Record of Baptisms by
the Rev. John Craig, 1740-1749, Pastor of Augusta Church for Thirty Years?
His father was James Brown; other siblings might include Rouling, b. 11 June
1749.
His age is the right age to be my James Brown, who married Mary Matchett, b.
27 Aug 1749 - have no marriage date/place - and who appeared in
Nelson/Hardin Counties, Kentucky about 1790.
Here is a list of the Browns in that record:
