Looking for info on the Albany Lodge #206 F&AM of free masons. My great-grandfather, Frederick Hartwell Sawyers, b. 1845, d. 1926 was a member. His obituary, written by Judge Cyrus Booher Parrigin, mentions this lodge.
Would like to find a history of this lodge. Wondering if it is still in existance today?
I have an old picture of who we think might be F.H. S
Looking for info on Mallie Pittman, b. 1888 in Clinton Co. KY, daughter of Jim Pittman and Mary Elizabeth Denton. She may have married a Collins around 1909. Also, she may have married a Harris around 1920 and had seven children by him between 1921 and 1935, all born in Clinton Co. KY. Their names were: Willard, Millard, Tom, Stanley, Margaret, Mary, and Nellie. Willard and Millard end up over in Whitley and Laurel Co. KY. The other children's whereabouts are unknown.
Mallie died in Garrard Co. KY.
Could someone please look for a William Van Evan m. Nancy Davidson in Clinton
Co., KY? I don't know there marriage date but they had a son in 1893 by the
name of Arnold in Clinton. There is another son named Paul, a daughter named
Boots and a daughter named Beth. Don't know if these kids were born in KY or
not.
This William Evans is going to drive me to the "nutty" farm if I can't find
him.
Thank You
Tammy

Hi Everyone:
The old genealogy scam is back. www.genseekers.com
Behind the password protection are links to the free
genealogy on-line. There is no content of their own.
In order to get the "5-day free trial" you have to
surrender a credit card or bank account number. You
have to cancel within 5 days or you get dinged. Guess
what? The cancellation e-mail bounces. Does this
surprise you?

Tammy,
I know you are looking for William and Nancy, but I went to
familysearch.org and keyed in William EVAN just to see if he was there and
this is the only one that came up and it's spelled as IVENS. I f this is
your William the way it's spelled and who he is living with will be good
clues for you.
