Thank you for the correction. I love getting them as I want the NEW
information to be as accurate
as possible since it will be handed down to the next generations.
I'll get James' corrections made asap.
I just made them and found it to be rather funny because I had changed his
birth date last week or so when you
and I corresponded about it but never thought to change it on the website.
Duh!
I am the moderator so if you'll send me what you want posted I'll get it
uploaded.
Thanks again Judie and I'm so g
Can anyone tell me anything about an Oddfellows Children Homein or near Grant County?
I just learned that some of my family connections grew up in an Oddfellows home in the the Grant County area. The surname is Cook.
Would like to find out the circumstances for the father Joseph or Thomas Cook placing the children in this home.
He supposedly was married three times. By his first wife he had Charles, Joseph and Johnny. By his second wife he had Mary Evaline, Hattie, and George. By his third wife
Very possible that Joe Horner is related. Trying to find out what I can and
I do know one has shown up, but not sure where he fits. Appreciate your
help so much.

Hello list,
You bet I have visited the web sight - twice already! The graphics are
wonderful - so much nicer than usual - and its easy to get around in. I'll
go again pretty soon and see how to upload my stuff. You have the birthdate
for James M Sipple wrong. He was born in 1820 no 1825 as you have. 1820
supported by census in 1850, 1860, 1870, 1880, and 1910. Birthday also
confirmed by Montana Death Index.
Cheers

I had the following under 'notes' for James M. Sipple, I'm not sure what
publication it was taken from.
I hope it helps a little.

Thank you so much for your reply. His name was R. B. Horner and he died
Oct. 2001. He is supposed to have a military headstone. You will never
know how much this is appreciated. My sister and I were not told anything,
so this does mean a lot.

Hello all, I am new to this list, and I would like to ask if there is anyone living in or near Williamstown or the Williamstown Cemetery? We found out that our biological (who died in California) was taken to Williamstown to be buried. We were not aware of his funeral or his burial, just dumb luck told us this information. We would very much like to have a picture of his headstone, since it is doubtful we will ever be able to visit there. If anyone has a digital camera and be willing to go to the Will
