region.
This segment covers more of the surnames which begin with the letter "S".
Specifically, the surnames included are: Starr, Stanford, Slaughter,
Salmon, Shannon, Sands, Stacy, Stamper, Stagner, Stallcup, Shammell,
Slankard, Stake, Sammons, Starn, Shadawick, Stratton, Spain, Stephen,
Stephens, and Shelton.
