Hi Sherry
Not the one. I found a researcher yesterday of the husband of one of the
daughters of my Andrew. He is a HURLEY researcher. He is the first one who
has ever had parents listed for my Andrew. He lists the parents as John
CORNELIUS b abt 1798 in VA and his wife Anna(Nancy)?....you know that Nancy
was a nickname for Ann...b abt 1800 in VA. My Andrew(Ambrose) in 1880

Hi
Does anyone know anything about this Moses CORNELIUS? Robert MORRIS? Is
Robert descended from the early BOONE co KY MORRIS family? I do not see a
Moses CORNELIUS on any census in the area in 1850 or 1860.
"Laurel County Deed Book B, page 254 and dated 17th of June, 1856. I will
quote it as follows:
"I, Moses CORNELIUS, of Laurel County have sold for the consideration of
twenty five dollars to Robert MORRIS a tract of fifty acres entered and

Hi Jack
I notice in the material you sent me about the 1880 Jackson co census that
there is a KING family next door to Jefferson HURLEY. Do you know if this
KING family had a relative by the name of Shelton KING who was in Boone co
IN 1850 with his wife Margaret CORNELIUS who "I believe" was born in Garrard
co. and daughter of John CORNELIUS who md Permilla West(nee Pollard) in
1819?
Thanks
Stan
Thought I'd pass this on :)

to see posted, please contact me and I'll be glad to get it on the board for
you. Of course, you'll be sited as the contact person.

Hi everyone,

When an emergency situation occurs such as hurricane, tornadoes, flooding,
et al, feel free to post for the exchange of information. We all have
friends or family in other areas than where we live, folks on the lists live
all around the US -- and other countries -- and this open exchange is a
method of relaying information on specific areas. Occasionally, a list
