Hello, everybody!
Yes, it's me...your wayward listowner and KYGenWeb coordinator for Lee,
Laurel and Owsley Counties.
On the outside chance that any of you haven't noticed lately, I have NOT
been doing a very good job with any of it. It isn't just genealogy
related things that have suffered ...it's been everything I have
supposedly been doing! I say this so you'll know that I am not just
picking on genealogy.....
I won't bore you with the details but the bottom line is this.....I feel

William Vannoy's sister Elizabeth married Peter Fore of NC and they moved to

Welcome MULLINS
Does anyone know who the parents were of Welcome Mullins born abt 1803 in

in Nov 1, 1879 in Madison, KY. He last appeared in the 1870 Madison, Ky
Census and then died 9 years later at the age of 76.
Tax lists and Census records in these three counties seem to point to either
Terry Mullins b.1770 in NC or Spencer Mullins b. 1775 in NC as a possible
father. Terry Mullins and Spencer Mullins were the sons of Henry M
